AI consulting for finance teams
Keep the judgment work. Delete the rest.
Most of a finance team's hours go to chasing, re-keying and remembering. None of that needs an accountant. We map one process, delete the steps that exist only because a human used to do them, and wire what is left to a machine inside the tools you already pay for. The machine drafts, checks and chases. You review and sign.
Three engagements
Audit first. Build second. Stay on if it helps.
Process audit
Two weeks inside your finance operation. You get the map, the delete list and a build plan you can hand to anyone.
fixed fee, credited against a Build
Build
One workflow wired end to end inside the tools you already pay for. You own the code.
fixed scope, quoted after the audit
Fractional AI architect
A Chartered Accountant who builds, on your team a few days a month. Weekly cadence, monthly plan.
depends on days per month
Fees before tax. The audit fee is credited against a Build. Live prices come from the same list as every other page.
Which engagement fits
Start where the pain is.
Most teams start with the audit because it tells them what to delete before anyone writes code. Teams that already know the process skip to a Build.
| Situation | Engagement | Time | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| You want to know what to delete first | Process audit | 2 weeks | Rs. 1,50,000 |
| You know the process, you want it built | Build | 2 to 5 weeks | Rs. 3,50,000 to Rs. 9,00,000 |
| You want someone on the team every month | Fractional AI architect | monthly | Rs. 1,75,000 to Rs. 3,50,000 per month |
No new platform
Inside the tools you already pay for.
Nothing gets replaced to make the machine work. The ledger stays where it is. The machine reads from it, drafts into it and logs what it did. When a tool is missing, we add the smallest one that closes the gap.

Ownership and security
Yours, in writing, before work starts.
You own the code
Source, prompts and documentation are yours from the day you pay. The engagement letter says so in one sentence.
It runs in your accounts
Your GitHub, your Supabase, your accounting system. If we part ways, nothing stops working and nothing needs moving.
Data stays in your tenant
Access is scoped to the job: a user, a role, a folder. It is logged, and it is revoked when the engagement ends.
No training on your data
Model calls run under your keys with training switched off. Identity documents and card details never reach an AI tool.
The full wording is on the confidentiality statement. Your name is not used in marketing without written consent, which is why there are no client logos on this page.
Questions
Asked before, answered once.
If a step only exists because someone used to forget, is it a process, or is it a scar?
What is the subtraction method?
A method for one finance process at a time. Map every step as it runs today. Delete the steps that exist only because a human had to remember, re-type or chase. Wire what is left to a machine inside the tools you already pay for. Then a human reviews and signs. Deletion comes before building, every time.
What does a process audit produce?
Three documents. A map of the process as it actually runs, step by step, with who does what and where the time goes. A delete list: the steps that go away, with the reason for each. A build list: what the machine will draft, check or chase, in which tool, and the review point where you sign. You can hand the build list to anyone, including us.
Who owns the code?
You do. Whatever gets built for you runs in your accounts and belongs to you from the day you pay for it. It is written into the engagement letter. We keep no copy you have not agreed to, and we document the build so someone else can maintain it.
How is the AI kept honest?
It drafts, it checks and it chases. It does not decide. Every output that goes to a client, a regulator or a bank passes a person who reads it and signs. Where the machine is unsure, it says so and stops. Fully automated, with no review step, is a promise we do not make.
Is my data safe?
The work happens inside your tools, not on ours. You grant access scoped to the job: a user, a role, a folder. It is logged, and it is revoked when the engagement ends. Identity documents and card details are never fed to AI tools. Your name is not used in marketing without written consent.
How do I reach a person?
Through the contact page. It reaches us directly, and a person replies. For consulting, book a call: twenty minutes, no deck. For an India order, mention the order number from the client portal so it can be found at once.
Where are you, and does it matter?
The work is remote, with recorded working sessions, and calls are booked in your time zone. The legal entity is in Pune, India.
What does the engagement letter cover?
Scope, price, acceptance test, who owns what, what access is granted and when it ends, and the review step that stays in every workflow. One page where it can be. You see it before any work starts.
What if we already have automation tools?
Good. Most teams do. The audit maps what runs today, including the tools, and the delete list usually includes a few of them. We build inside what you already pay for before adding anything new.
Twenty minutes. No deck.
Tell us which process hurts most. We will tell you what gets deleted, what gets built and what it costs. Then you decide.
