Who we are
ISPEED is a Chartered Accountant practice that builds its own software. It has registered companies in India since 2016.
We have closed books, filed returns and sat through audits. We know where the hours go. Most of them go to chasing: documents, approvals, reminders, and the same number keyed into a second system.
So we wrote software to do that chasing. First for our own filings, then for clients. That is what ISPEED is now: Chartered Accountants who build the machines.
Feynman kept a line on his blackboard: what I cannot create, I do not understand. A finance process is the same. If a step cannot be explained to a machine, nobody understood the step.
What ISPEED does
Two kinds of work, for two kinds of client.
For finance teams, CPA firms, CFOs and owners anywhere: we take one finance process apart. We delete the steps that exist only because a human used to do them. We wire what is left to a machine inside the tools you already pay for. The machine drafts, checks and chases. You review and sign. You own what gets built.
For founders in India: ISPEED has registered companies since 2016. Orders, payments and the company name search live on the client portal, which is linked from this site.

How we work
The method is subtraction. Four steps, in this order.
Map every step. Not the chart on the wall. The real one: who opens what, clicks what, waits for whom.
Delete the human-only ones. The steps that exist because a person had to remember, re-type or chase. The list is longer than anyone expects.
Wire the machine. What is left runs inside your tools. Drafts, checks and reminders come from the machine, and it records what it did.
Review and sign. A person reads the output and puts a name to it. That step never gets deleted.
Deletion comes before building. Every time. If a step only exists because someone used to forget, is it a process, or is it a scar?

The legal entity is ISPEED INVENTION Private Limited, registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Registration work runs on India time. Consulting calls are booked in the client's time zone. Email reaches us either way, and a person replies.
