Before we quote a registration, we work out the stamp duty for the state, check the name against the MCA rules, decide which entity fits and list the documents. That used to be a sales call. Publishing the checks removes the call, and you arrive knowing the number.
The prices inside the tools come from the same list every page on this site uses. When a fee changes, it changes here too. If a tool gives you a figure and we quote a different one, ask us why.
