ISPEED is small and there are no open roles today. Here is what we would look for and how to write in if you want that to change.

The honest version
The team is small on purpose. Most of the work is done by machines we built.
No roles are open today. When one opens it will be listed here with the work, the pay and the hours. Nothing else.
The old careers page quoted a line about the future belonging to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. It promised to connect the dots between your role and the goals of the organisation. We have kept the idea and dropped the poster. The dot that matters is the one between what you build and what a client signs.
What we would look for
- You have closed books, filed returns or run a payroll, and you know where the time went.
- You have built something that runs without you: a script, a workflow, a small app.
- You write short.
- You can show the work rather than describe it.
How to write in
Use the contact page. Put the word careers in the first line.
Send three things: what you have built, what you have closed, and a link to one of them.
No cover letter. No resume template. A page of plain words is enough.
A person reads everything. We reply when there is a fit, and say so plainly when there is not.
