Your compliance calendar, generated from your incorporation date

Every private limited company, OPC, LLP and proprietorship in India has a fixed set of dates: board meetings, ROC filings, income tax, GST, TDS and PF. Most of them count from the date of incorporation or from 31 March. Enter your date, tick what applies, and get the list for the months ahead with the late fee next to each one.

For a proprietorship, the date you started the business.

What happens if you miss a date

  • ROC forms cost Rs. 100 a day, forever

AOC-4 and MGT-7 carry an additional fee of Rs. 100 per day per form with no upper limit. A company that files two years late owes over Rs. 1.4 lakh in fees alone before any penalty.

  • Directors get disqualified

A company that does not file its financial statements or annual return for three years in a row puts every director on the disqualified list for five years, for every company they sit on.

  • GST credit stops for your customers

A late GSTR-1 means your buyers cannot see your invoices in their GSTR-2B and cannot claim credit that month. They notice before you do, and they call.

  • Small fees compound into a strike off

Missing INC-20A, DIR-3 KYC and two annual returns is enough for the registrar to mark the company for strike off. Reviving it takes a tribunal application and months of time.

Questions

Are these dates exact?

They follow the Companies Act, LLP Act, Income-tax Act, GST and labour rules as they stand in 2026. Where a date depends on when you hold a meeting, the calendar assumes the last permitted day. Government extensions are announced from time to time and are not reflected automatically.

Why does my company not see an AGM in the first year?

A company incorporated on or after 1 January closes its first financial year on 31 March of the following year, and the first AGM can be held up to nine months after that. Pick a longer horizon to see it.

I already have a company. Can I use this?

Yes. Enter the original incorporation date. Dates that have already passed are left out and the calendar starts from today, so an existing company gets its next AGM, AOC-4, MGT-7 and DIR-3 KYC dates.

What does the .ics file do?

It is a standard calendar file. Open it in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and every date appears as an all day event with the description and the late fee. You can also ask us to email reminders instead.
