Terms of use

The terms for using ispeedbiz.com and ordering services from ISPEED INVENTION Private Limited. Short, plain and governed by Indian law.

Updated September 12, 2026

Short version

You order a service. ISPEED does the work and files it. Government fees are yours. Nobody can promise what the government will approve or when. Indian law applies, and courts in Pune decide disputes.

In these terms, ISPEED means ISPEED INVENTION Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, India, which owns and runs this site and the client portal. You means the person or company using the site or ordering a service.

What ISPEED provides

Two things. AI and automation consulting for finance teams, CPA firms, CFOs and business owners. And company registration and compliance services in India: incorporation, PAN, TAN, GST, trademark, digital signatures and annual filings.

Consulting work runs under a separate written engagement. These terms cover the site, the portal and orders placed on the portal. Where the engagement and these terms differ, the engagement wins.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice for your particular case. Information pages describe the general rule. Advice comes only with an engagement.

Your account and your conduct

You are at least 18 and able to enter a contract. The details you give are true and complete. The documents you upload are yours to upload.

Keep your portal login to yourself. Anything done through your login is treated as done by you.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to reach another account, no uploading of anything unlawful or infringing, no impersonation.

ISPEED may close an account that breaks these rules.

Fees and government fees

Each service shows a professional fee. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party costs are separate. They appear as their own line and are passed through at actual.

If a government fee rises, or a filing has to be resubmitted because the Registrar asks for it, the difference is yours. ISPEED does not add to its own fee for that.

Refunds follow the refund policy.

No guarantee of government outcomes

Approvals come from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the GST authority, the Trademark Registry and other bodies. They decide names, timelines and outcomes. ISPEED prepares and files correctly and follows up. It cannot promise an approval or a date.

Delays caused by government portals, holidays, strikes, outages or changes in law are outside the control of ISPEED and are not a breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to ISPEED. Read it, quote it with a link, and do not copy it wholesale.

Documents prepared for your order belong to you once the fee is paid. The templates and tools used to prepare them stay with ISPEED.

Code built for a consulting client belongs to the client under the engagement. That is the default, and it is in writing.

Limitation of liability

ISPEED does its work with care. Where something goes wrong on its side, the liability of ISPEED is limited to the professional fee paid for that order. ISPEED is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost business, or for government decisions and delays.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Privacy and confidentiality

How your data is handled is in the privacy policy. How your business information is protected is in the confidentiality statement. Both form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the last change. Using the site after a change means you accept it. Orders in progress stay on the terms you accepted when you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
