Refund policy

Short version

Professional fees for work not yet started can be refunded. Government fees paid on your behalf cannot. Delays at the government are not grounds for a refund. Ask within 30 days of purchase.

How fees are earned

When you pay, the fee sits against your order. ISPEED earns it by doing the work. Work starts within 72 hours of the order, so after 72 hours the professional fee counts as earned and is not refunded.

A fee paid for a service not yet delivered stays valid until the end of the financial year, and you can use it.

Standard pricing

The fee quoted is the fee charged. No extra service fee is added later.

Two exceptions: a rise in government fees, and re-filing because the government rejected or returned the forms. Both are passed through at actual. Other costs you incur to complete the service are yours.

Government fees and third parties

Money paid to a government body as application fees, stamp duty or tax is not refundable. Nor are payments to third parties who took part in your order.

Any government fee collected from you but not yet paid out is returned in full.

Change of service

You can swap the service you ordered for a different one within 60 days of purchase. The original price, less any earned fee and any government fees already paid, becomes credit on your portal account. Use it on any ISPEED service. No cancellation fee applies to a change.

Factors outside the control of ISPEED

The government may reject a name, a trademark or an application for reasons of its own. ISPEED files correctly and follows up. It cannot promise the outcome.

Delays from government holidays, portal outages, changes in law, strikes, power or network failure and similar events are not a breach and are not grounds for a refund.

Cancellation fee

If you ask ISPEED to hold an order, the fee stays on your account until you are ready to start.

If you cancel, ISPEED will first offer to complete the work. If you still want to cancel, the refund is the fee paid, less a 20 percent cancellation fee, less any earned fee, less any government fees already paid.

How to ask

Write through the contact page within 30 days of purchase. Say which order and why. ISPEED replies within two business days and settles an approved refund within 25 business days of receiving your bank details.

The decision on a refund rests with ISPEED and is final.
