How do I check my order status

On the client portal. Log in, open My Biz, then My Products. Each order shows its current stage. The portal is linked from the top of this site.

How do returns and refunds work

A service cannot be returned, but a fee can be refunded in some cases. The refund policy sets out when. In short: professional fees for work not yet started can come back. Government fees already paid cannot. Write through the contact page within 30 days of purchase to start a request.

What payment modes are available

Orders for India services are paid on the client portal. It accepts UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking. Consulting work outside India is invoiced and paid by bank transfer.

Card details never touch ISPEED. The payment gateway holds them.

How long does it take to register a private limited company

About two weeks from the day every document is in hand. Digital signatures take a day or two. Name approval is the step that stretches. The Registrar of Companies sets the pace, and nobody can promise a date.

What documents do I need

For a private limited company:

• PAN card of each director and shareholder
• One identity proof each: Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence
• One recent address proof each: bank statement or utility bill
• A passport size photograph of each
• Proof of the registered office address: a recent utility bill
• A no objection letter from the owner of the premises

What is a DSC and why do I need one

A digital signature certificate. It lives on a USB token and signs the forms filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Every director needs one to sign the incorporation forms. Getting one needs PAN, an address proof, a photo and a short video verification.

When do I need GST registration

When your turnover crosses the threshold, or when your activity requires it regardless of turnover.

The general limits are Rs 40 lakh a year for goods and Rs 20 lakh for services. Some north-eastern and hill states have lower limits. Selling across state lines or through an online marketplace needs registration from the first rupee.

What happens after I pay

The order appears on your portal account. We write to you with the document list. You upload the documents on the portal. We check them, prepare the forms and file. You sign where a signature is needed. The certificate lands on the portal and in your inbox.

How do I reach support

Through the contact page. A person answers. Mention the order number from the portal so it can be found at once. Consulting clients can book a call instead.
