Transparency: prices, refunds, who does the work
Most registration sites show a fee, then add the government charges after you sign up. This page puts everything in one place: the price list, what the government charges, what comes back if things go wrong, and whose name goes on the filing.
One price list
The prices on this site are the prices.
One list drives every page: the service cards, the estimator, the comparison tables and the quote you get by email. There is no second list for people who call, and no plan name that hides a different number.
When a price changes, the list records the date. A quote stays valid for 30 days from the day it is sent, at the price on the day it was sent.
GST at 18 percent applies to the professional fee and is shown as its own line. It is a tax, not a fee, and it goes to the government.
What the government charges
Passed through at cost, with the challan.
These amounts go to the government, not to ISPEED. They appear as a separate line on your order, and you get a copy of every challan so you can check each one against the receipt.

Refunds in plain words

Not started, refunded in full
Work starts within 72 hours of the order. Ask before that and the professional fee comes back in full. After that the fee counts as earned for the work done.

Government fees cannot come back
Once a fee is paid to the Ministry, the state or the tax department, nobody can refund it. Any government fee collected from you but not yet paid out is returned in full.

A rejection is not a failure of the work
The Registrar can turn down a name for reasons of its own. Two more names are filed at no extra professional fee. Delays at the government are not grounds for a refund.
Who does the work
A Chartered Accountant signs. A machine chases.
The machine drafts the forms, checks the documents against the MCA format and chases the ones that are missing. It sends the reminders and it logs what it did.
A Chartered Accountant reviews and signs. Every filing that goes to the Registrar carries the name of the accountant who read it. There is no sales desk and no processing team between you and that person. Here is who signs.

If a price has to be explained on a phone call, was it ever really published?
Why do the government fees change from state to state?
Stamp duty on the incorporation documents is a state tax, and each state sets its own rate. Some charge a flat amount, some a percentage of authorised capital, some both. The cost estimator applies the rule for your state so the all-in number is the real one.
What happens if a government fee goes up after I pay?
The difference is passed through at actual, with the new challan as proof. It is the only reason a quoted total changes, and you see it before the filing goes in.
How do I know the price I see is the current one?
Every price on this site comes from one list. The estimator, the service pages and the quote you get by email all read from it. When a price changes, the list records the date, and the pages change with it.
