What ispeedbiz.com collects, why, which services hold it, how long it stays and how to ask for it back. No tracking cookies.

Short version
The site collects what you type into a form, and little else. It is used to reply to you and to do the work you ordered. It is not sold. There are no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
This policy is issued by ISPEED INVENTION Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, India. A director of the company answers privacy questions at privacy@ispeedbiz.com.
What is collected
- On the contact, booking and newsletter forms: your name, email, phone if you give it, company, role, city and your message.
- On the client portal, when you order: the details the filing needs and the documents you upload, such as identity proof, address proof and photographs.
- Server logs: the page requested, the time and a truncated network address, kept for security and deleted on rotation.
- Site analytics: page views and referrers, counted without cookies and without identifying you.
How it is used
- To reply to you and to prepare and file what you ordered.
- To send the essay newsletter, only if you subscribed, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping records of filings made on your behalf.
- Never for advertising. Never sold or rented.
Who else holds it
Only the services needed to run the site. Each holds one piece.

Payments, government portals and AI tools
Payments on the client portal go through its payment gateway. ISPEED never sees card numbers.
Government portals receive what your filing requires. That is the point of the order.
AI tools help draft and check work. They see the minimum needed, on accounts ISPEED controls, and a person reviews every output. Identity documents and card details are not fed to them.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Analytics run without them. The client portal sets a session cookie so you stay logged in. That is the only one.
How long it is kept
- Contact and booking messages: until the conversation is over, then for one year, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Order records and filing documents: for as long as Indian law requires records of the filing to be kept.
- Server logs: deleted on rotation.
- Analytics: aggregate counts only, with nothing to delete.
Your rights
Ask what is held about you. Ask for a copy. Ask for a correction. Ask for deletion, unless a legal duty requires the record to stay. Unsubscribe at any time.
Write to privacy@ispeedbiz.com. A person replies, not a form letter.
Governing law
Indian law governs this policy, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force. For visitors outside India, the site follows the same principles.
Changes
The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change. A material change gets a note on the page.
