Confidentiality statement
How ISPEED keeps client information private: no marketing with your name, no sharing with prospects, scoped access to your tools, revoked at the end.

Short version
Your name is not used in marketing without written consent. Your information is not shown to other prospects. The client list is not sold. Work inside your systems happens on access you grant, and that access ends when the work ends.

What counts as confidential
Anything you share that is not public: financials and projections, customer and supplier lists, pricing and margins, contracts, product ideas, process documents, credentials, and the data inside the tools you give access to. It is confidential whether or not it is marked so.
What ISPEED does with it
- Uses it only for the work you engaged ISPEED to do.
- Shares it only with contractors who need it for that work and who are bound by the same duty.
- Does not use your name, logo or results in marketing without your written consent.
- Does not tell other prospects who its clients are.
- Does not sell or disclose the client list.
- Discloses it only if the law requires, and tells you first where the law allows.
Access to your systems
Consulting work happens inside your tools. Access is scoped to what the work needs: a user, a role, a folder, not the whole account. You grant it, it is logged, and it is revoked when the engagement ends.
Credentials are never stored in plain text and never in shared documents.
AI tools used to draft and check see the minimum required. Identity documents and payment details are not fed to them.
What is not covered
Information already public, already known to ISPEED before you shared it, received from a third party with no duty of secrecy, or worked out independently. Also anything you agree in writing to release.
Your side
Keep your portal login private. Tell ISPEED at once if you think someone else has used it. Mark anything unusually sensitive when you send it.
The agreement
This statement is the whole agreement on confidentiality unless an engagement letter says more. Changes need to be in writing and signed by both sides. If one clause fails, the rest still stands.
