AI consulting
Build
A Build takes one workflow from the audit plan and makes it run itself. The scope is fixed in writing. The code lives in your accounts. Every decision the machine drafts has a human review step, because AI alone is not audit grade.
What you get
- Fixed scope agreed in writing before work starts
- The workflow built inside QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Tally, Supabase or Claude as needed
- A review step for a human on every decision the machine drafts
- Documentation and a handover session
- 30 days of fixes after go-live
- All source code and credentials in your accounts, not mine
For whom
- Firms that finished an audit and want the first workflow live
- Finance teams with one painful process: collections, close, reconciliations, reporting
- Owners who want a result, not a platform
Time
2 to 5 weeks
Professional fee
Rs. 3,50,000 to Rs. 9,00,000
fixed scope, quoted after the audit. Plus GST at 18 percent on the fee.
Typical builds
- Collections: the machine chases invoices on a schedule you set, escalates by rule and logs every touch. You review the exceptions.
- Close: journal drafts, reconciliation matching and a close checklist that updates itself.
- Client documents: requests, reminders and a vault that knows what is missing.
- Reporting: a monthly pack that assembles itself from the ledger, with commentary drafted for your edit.
How the work runs
- Scope, price and acceptance test agreed in writing.
- Weekly demo of working software, not slides.
- Go-live with the review step switched on and a rollback ready.
- Handover: documentation, a recorded walkthrough and 30 days of fixes.
What you own
Everything. Source code, prompts, credentials, data. It sits in your GitHub, your Supabase, your accounting system. If we part ways, nothing stops working.
Questions
How is the price set?
By scope, after the audit. The range covers a single workflow with one or two integrations. Larger scopes are split into more than one build.
Which tools do you build in?
QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Tally, Supabase, Netlify, n8n and Claude. Others when the API allows it.
What if the machine makes a mistake?
It drafts. A person reviews and signs. Every action is logged so a mistake can be traced and reversed.
Do you need a retainer afterwards?
No. Fixes for 30 days are included. After that, a fractional arrangement is optional.
