Questions
Asked before, answered once.
Which of these does a new company need?
Almost every company needs a decision on GST and a current account, which the bank opens against the certificate. Udyam has no government fee and brings a lower trademark fee. A trademark protects the name you just registered, because incorporation alone does not. Import export code only if you trade across borders. Ask, and I will tell you which apply to you.
Do I need GST registration from day one?
Not always. GST becomes compulsory once turnover crosses the threshold for your kind of business, or at once if you sell across state lines, sell through an online marketplace or want to claim input credit on what you buy. Many new companies register early for the credit. Tell us what you sell and where, and we will tell you which case you are in.
Are government fees included in the price?
Each card and each table row says so under the price. Where a government fee exists, it is either inside the number shown or named as extra with the amount. Nothing is added after you sign up.
Can I order these if you did not register my company?
Yes. GST, trademark, IEC, Udyam and the rest work for any company, LLP or proprietorship, whoever registered it. Send the certificate and PAN and the rest follows.
Tell us what the business does.
We will tell you which registrations it needs, which it can skip, and what each one costs with the government fee included. Then you decide.
